Finally getting around to my e-mail, I happened to receive an e-letter from eBay about this “Lame Duck” of Congress trying to pull a fast one and pass an internet taxation (again) before the year is up. This is my own personal stance on this issue, if you oppose it or have a different view, that is quite all right and you are fully entitled to have it. I, on the other hand, oppose internet taxation.
So, here we are at some crossroads. Some peeps support this, some oppose it, others could care less. All I will say is that if you don’t stand for something, you will fall for anything. I had no intention, ever, about posting anything political on this site, but this IS important to ME.
For those that oppose such taxation, HERE is the link that eBay sent me through their mass e-mails. It’s quick and simple to fill out and if you want to go as far as Tweeting your representatives, the site can provide you with the Twitter names of your state’s representatives.
I can only hope that this is the final attempt Congress would dare attempt to pass Internet Taxation, but we all know it won’t be. Peace, everyone. May you all remain safe from the gaping jaws of predators donned in sheep’s clothing.
